It was a star-spangled celebration at TOP! The dining room and our amazing volunteers were all decked-out in red, white and blue. Our guests enjoyed Chef Joe’s chicken, baked bean and strawberry shortcake for dessert! We even celebrated a guest’s 100th birthday! Happy 4th to all!
