The dining room at Table of Plenty was alive with de colores celebrating Dia de los Muertos with our guests and volunteers!  Volunteers dressed up and welcomed guests to a dining room decorated with colorful tables, skeletons and an altar of remembrance. Our chefs cooked a festive meal of fresh bib lettuce salad, chili verde over rice with tortillas and homebaked fruit pies.
