We celebrated Chinese New Year with our guests in our dining room decorated all in red!  Kerri and our set-up crew added table decorations, fortune cookies and 3 gold coins for every guest.  Angela was head chef, and she and the kitchen crew made sweet and sour chicken, rice and broccoli accompanied by fresh salad, bread, and red velvet cake. Mike Rossi entertained folks with his singing and guitar playing. It was a full house and many cleaned plates after a delicious Chinese New Year celebration!
