The Table of Plenty dining room was abloom in celebration of the beginning of spring!  Guests were greeted with tables beautifully decorated with flowers, butterflies, and lots of chocolate eggs!  The meal was steaming hot potatoes au gratin with baked ham and broccoli and extra special homemade cookies lovingly iced and decorated in spring colors by our volunteer “Cookie Brigade.”  In addition to spring, we celebrated our dear guests, Dan and Charlotte, on their 70th wedding anniversary!  Happy Spring to all!
