Table of Plenty Leadership

Program Director

Kerri Beffa Conlon, Program Director

Kerri took on the role of Program Director at Table of Plenty in February 2023. A Half Moon Bay native, she has been actively involved with the organization in various capacities since its founding in 2012 by her father, Clyde Beffa Jr. Kerri holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Northern Arizona University. After several years in Scottsdale, where she founded her own business, Type A Events, she returned to Half Moon Bay to take on the role of Event Director at K&L Wine Merchants.  Drawing on her expertise, she played a key role in organizing the first and many subsequent Wine Tasting Fundraisers for Table of Plenty. As Program Director, Kerri oversees the planning and execution of Table of Plenty’s mission—serving a restaurant-style dinner every Thursday evening to over 150 guests in need. She leads a diverse team of dedicated volunteers, ranging in age from 12 to 80+, who handle everything from setting up and decorating the dining room to cooking, serving, and cleaning up. Additionally, she collaborates with community partners and food donation organizations to support the program’s ongoing success.

Board of Directors

Laura Leber Kammeyer, President

Laura became President of the Board of Table of Plenty in January 2023. As a resident of HMB for more than 25 years, Laura long admired the work of Table of Plenty. After she retired from her corporate job, Laura started volunteering, first during the pandemic packing meals for delivery to our guests who couldn’t come to dinner in person, and afterwards as a server with her husband each week. She is inspired by the kindness and camaraderie that takes place every Thursday in our Table of Plenty community among guests, dedicated volunteers, community partners, and donors. As president, Laura is honored to lend her experience and passion to ensuring that TOP continues to fulfill its unique mission into the future. Laura is a communications consultant and has spent her career in corporate communications for leading biotechnology and cancer diagnostics companies. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

His civic involvement has included 10 years as a coach and board member with Palo Alto Little League, a mentor with Big Brothers, and a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity. He and his longtime partner, Cindy, are both avid hikers and especially enjoy the many outdoor opportunities on the Coastside.
